Flow is not a straight path forward

Flow is when we live and lead with our intuition in the way that feels most aligned in that moment. It’s an ebb and flow, not a straight path forward. Flow requires regular tending and checking in. It’s not something that we unlock once and then enjoy for the rest of time. It requires us to slow down, sometimes stop and listen deeply to hear what wants to happen next. We often get in the way of our flow when we do what we think should happen next.
